Animal Care carries selected lines of pet products and recommends the use of products only in accordance with the manufacturers’ guidelines. Animal Care will not be held responsible for the use or misuse of products purchased from us. Animal Care itself does not warrant the effectiveness or safety of any items; however, manufacturers’ warranties will be honored if clearly noted when the item is purchased.

Grooming:

Grooming can be as artistic as it is practical. It is your responsibility to communicate to our groomers what you want done. Our staff is trained to a very high standard. In the event that you are unhappy with the service we have provided, Animal Care reserves the right to offer a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis, without guarantee.

Pick-up and Drop-off grooming is a unique service offered only by Animal Care; however, it should be borne in mind that driving in Kuwait is inherently dangerous. Animal Care, therefore, will not be held responsible for any vehicle accidents involving your pet absent proof of gross negligence on the part of Animal Care confirmed by the relevant police report.

Training:

Dog Training is a unique service that takes place in a unique environment. Working with dogs can be dangerous. This risk is multiplied when strange dogs are placed in the same area. While every precaution is taken to ensure there are no problems, Animal Care cannot be held responsible for the actions of other students or their animals. Interacting with animals can be dangerous. It is your responsibility to control your pet.

Animal Care training staff reserve the right to remove any student or animal for any reason. Rude, belligerent, and dangerous behavior will not be tolerated. It is necessary that every student follow the instructions of the trainer to help avoid any potential problems.
